For my meal I got the slow cooker pulled pork shoulder dinner. I love this, but was not in the mood for a sandwich so this seemed to be a good option. It came with pulled pork, baked beans, coleslaw and toast. They gave me fries instead of the cole slaw with no problem. There was so much meat on my plate I could not eat it all. But it was so good! I did try out the sauces and found out that Carolina Sweet was my favorite. My lunch partner got the half rack of ribs with Carolina Sweet. He really seemed to enjoy those also. His came with two sides to pick from. Their sides vary from Barbecue Baked Beans, Cinnamon Baked Apples, Southern Style Rice, Green Beans, Baked Potato, Homemade Cole Slaw, Seasoned Fries & Potato Salad, House Salad or Caesar Salad. So there is a wide variety to ponder over.
This is a hamburger with pork barbecue, onion straws, cheddar cheese, lettuce and tomatoes on it. It was interesting and was good but would have been better if the burger wasn't quite as dry. I ordered it medium-well and there was not any pink visible, it appeared more well done than medium well. The fries that came with the hamburger were nice and crispy and gave me a chance to try their different bbq sauces they have on the table. The swee bbq sauce was very good as was the hot one. The others were average.
